I've been helping people buy and sell homes since August 2013 and am having a ton of fun doing it. I treat each deal as if it were my very own and have enjoyed a great deal of success thus far. You might say, "why would I call Jay when I can call some other guy who has been selling real estate for 25 years and sends me flyers every 2 weeks in the mail?" Well, the answer that my clients would give you is simple, but it goes a long way: They call me because I'm an honest, hard-working guy that they trust. And trust is exactly what you need when making the biggest purchase of your life. My clients would also tell you that I'm not someone who would ever pressure you into making a move you weren't absolutely comfortable with. I am happy when you are happy.

If my name sounds familiar beyond the scope of real estate, it may be because I've been on the air at AM900 CHML since 2002. I left my full-time gig there as a reporter and talk show producer in 2013 to begin my career as a real estate sales representative. My weather reports can still be heard every morning and afternoon on CHML.
