"After an unfortunate business fell through we called Jay to sell our home immediately. He responded to our inquiry quickly and in no time met with us and got a for sale sign up on our lawn. Within four days of our listing being made public we already had an offer, which we later accepted. It took us about a year to turn around and purchase our now home. Jay was nothing but supportive of us. Working around our schedules to see listings, meeting with us at our convenience to sign and go over paperwork. Back in 2014, we were looking to move our young family from our relatively newly-built home in Smithville back into the city. We loved country living, but daily commutes in and out of Hamilton were starting to become daunting. We knew that finding the perfect home was going to be difficult. We loved our Smithville home, and would have picked it up and moved it if we could. We provided Jay with very specific criteria for our dream home, and within a very limited area. Without any hesitation, Jay went above and beyond to find houses within our desired location and meeting our needs. No matter when or where we wished to view a home, or have a meeting, Jay arranged it, and was there providing his knowledge and expertise. We were a bit nervous about selling our home in Smithville being that the area was more rural, but Jay managed to sell our home within a week at asking price! We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience! We are now living in a beautiful home back in the city that's even a bit larger and younger than our Smithville home, and we couldn't be happier! Jay truly made the buying and selling process much less stressful, and we all looked forward to meeting up with him, especially the kids! He's got a great personality and sense of humour, a strong work ethic, and he truly pays attention to detail and puts his clients interests to heart.
